We handle personal information in line with the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Personal Information Protection Law.
2. What we collect
When you fill in the quote request form: your name, company name, email address, country, the product category you are interested in, approximate order quantity, and anything you write in the message field.
When you contact us directly by email or messaging app: whatever you send us, including correspondence history.
If you place an order: business details needed to complete it — delivery address and consignee, contact person, order specifications, invoicing details, and the payment and shipment records relating to that order.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To perform a contract once you order — production coordination, inspection, shipping, and after-sales handling.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including export declarations, foreign exchange, and tax record-keeping.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence so we can serve you consistently on future inquiries.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to run our business:
- Our website form provider — the quote form is delivered through a third-party form service (currently Web3Forms), which passes your message to us by email.
- Our email and communications providers — to store and deliver correspondence.
- Banks and payment service providers — to receive payment against a proforma invoice.
- Couriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers — to ship your goods and clear them through customs. A shipment necessarily includes consignee name, address, and phone number.
Each of these parties receives only what they need for their part of the job.
5. International transfer
We are based in China, so the information you send us is processed here. Because our customers are overseas, some information is necessarily transferred across borders — for example, your delivery details go to the courier handling your shipment. We take reasonable measures to keep transfers limited to what the transaction requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and we keep order, payment, and shipping records for the period required by Chinese accounting, tax, and customs rules. When information is no longer needed and no longer legally required, we delete it or remove identifiers from it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete information we no longer have grounds to keep;
- stop using it for a purpose you object to;
- explain how we handle it.
Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you would rather we deleted your inquiry outright, say so and we will action it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies to identify you and does not track you across other websites. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site.
Cloudflare also provides our DNS and site delivery as infrastructure, which necessarily processes connection data such as IP addresses for security and performance.
9. How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their work, keep it on password-protected accounts and devices, and use established providers rather than ad-hoc systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your business information as confidential.
10. Not for children
This is a business-to-business website for wholesale buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
